ATL maintains a database of prequalified contractors throughout the eastern United States, with a focus on Florida subcontractors. All subcontractors are required to meet ATL’s rigorous guidelines before beginning work on a project, such as:

  • Contracted agreement to the specific scope of work and prime contract language binding ATL, as well as compliance to all applicable federal, state and local regulations
  • A hold harmless agreement protecting both the Project Owner and ATL
  • $1,000,000 general liability insurance
  • $1,000,000 automobile insurance
  • Compliance with OSHA, ATL’s safety policies, and those mandated by the prime contract
  • Safety inspection of all activated equipment
  • Compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local tax laws, Social Security acts, Unemployment Compensation Acts and Workers’ Compensation Acts insofar as applicable to the performance of this Agreement

ATL also implements CORP, our Community Outreach Program, targeting local, small business, disadvantaged business, and minority and/or women-owned business participation. Under this program, we contact businesses listed through local Chamber of Commerce and Business Development entities. Interested companies who meet the above guidelines are incorporated into our database of qualified subcontractors.
